Currently, digital twin technology and augmented reality technology have been applied across multiple fields. This paper proposes an intelligent building management method based on digital twin and augmented reality technologies. It constructs a smart operation and maintenance system using digital twin technology, fully mines and displays information and data through digital twin application techniques, and establishes a novel building energy consumption control system. The paper discusses its application effectiveness in intelligent building management. Subsequently, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is employed to establish an intelligent building health evaluation framework. A specific smart building serves as the case study for assessment analysis. Evaluation results indicate a health rating score of 7.2371, corresponding to a moderate health level. The average score for each of the five evaluation indicators is ≥8 points, demonstrating the effective operational performance of the designed intelligent building management decision support system.
