Abstract

Accompanied by the rapid development of Internet information technology and the fluctuation of social and cultural trends, the construction of administrative operation system in the process of the Chineseization of Marxism has been given a new significance and practical direction. On the basis of elaborating the connotation of the Chineseization of Marxism, the article analyzes the constituent elements of the administrative operation system with the concept of unity of power and responsibility. Taking China’s administrative statistics from 2010 to 2024 as the research sample, it analyzes the change trend of administrative operation efficiency of the unification of powers and responsibilities with the help of DEA model and Malmquist index. The results show that the overall efficiency level has not realized the DEA effectiveness, and its average value is 0.897, and there is still 10.3% room for improvement in the comprehensive efficiency level of administrative operation, and the overall growth rate of China’s comprehensive efficiency of administrative operation from 2010 to 2024 is -2.90%. To better construct the administrative operation system with unified authority and responsibility, it is necessary to increase the input of administrative processing in order to better exercise administrative power.
