For the hierarchical identification and precise intervention needs of medical students’ legal literacy, this paper constructed a precise intervention model based on multi-dimensional knowledge graph. The model mapped the course records, case answers, regulations items, behavior trajectories and feedback results into a heterogeneous relationship network of “medical students – knowledge points – legal situation – ability indicators”, and combined with graph attention propagation, relationship weight update and path scoring mechanism to realize literacy diagnosis, weak link location and intervention plan generation. A data set containing 4620 valid samples was constructed, including 3720 for training and 900 for testing. Experimental results show that the proposed MKG-PI model achieves 92.8% in hierarchical recognition accuracy, 89.6%in intervention matching rate and 87.4%in path consistency, which is better than random forest, support vector machine and collaborative filtering methods, and the average response time is 1.4 s. At the same time, the feedback correction mechanism was introduced in the model, so that the intervention path could be dynamically adjusted with the change of learning state. The results show that the model can realize the computational representation and accurate intervention output of legal literacy for individual differences, and provide technical basis for intelligent diagnosis and process support in legal education for medical students.
