Digital education resources have been used in English class to alter the old ways of teaching and learn new vocabulary. Teachers can use digital educational resources to support their teaching and create all sorts of interactions among teachers, students, resources, and media to help students learn better. The purpose of this paper is to examine how to use digital education resources in the teaching of English vocabulary at the junior high school level. Five town junior middle schools in Chongzuo City and Guigang City, Guangxi Province were selected as the study areas, and a total of 50 English teachers and 250 students were surveyed. Data were collected via a questionnaire to obtain information on the background of the participants, their teachers’ teaching skills, support provided by the school’s leadership, and the long-term supply of digital education materials. Frequency and percentage distributions, means, standard deviations, tests of differences and analyses of variance were used to present and analyze the data. Both students and teachers have been using digital education resources to teach English vocabulary extensively, according to the study. The proportion of teachers from different genders and different years of service in the sample was approximately even. However, the students in the two groups had different gender distributions, but there were no differences in grade level. Based on the research, it is proposed that digital educational resources can be used to help teachers create more authentic language environments for English vocabulary teaching at the town junior high school, thus promoting students’ learning in genuine-use English settings. With the development and application of digital education resources, teaching efficiency and effectiveness have also risen. Teachers who are more familiar with digital education resources generally have better work results.
